DeCl-N normalizes wav audio files. DeCl-N removes clicks from the audio file, that result from bit errors. DeCl-N has a wizard-like design. The declicker offers detection and remove modes from "careful" to "brutal and filter". The program only uses simple heuristics, so expect no wonders.
