MM Player is a media player targeted at professionals. It introduces powerful play and error log files. It can be remotely controlled using the Internet. If possible, MM Player uses hardware acceleration to produce smooth, flicker-free video and crisp sound. MM Player is also a full-featured CD player. You don't even have to enter the track names yourself, you can download this information from the Internet! Support for the MP3 file format is solid. If your MP3 files contain information such as the name of the artist or title of the album it will be displayed in sortable columns in your Play Lists, making it easy to find exactly what you want. You can easily compose Play Lists to listen to while you work. MM Player can even scan your entire hard drive for media items. You can hide the main window and replace it with a small window which floats on top of other programs such as your word processor. You can control playback using this window and even quickly refine your Play Lists without having to open the main window.
