ClonOS
ClonOS is based on a pure linux kernel 2.6.10 based operating system that installs itself on ram-drives during boot. The 32 MB iso-image system unpacks itself to at least 64MB RAM. To avoid possible bottlenecks 128 MB RAM is an asset. ClonOS contains the most common network and disk drivers to avoid extensive post-install configuration. ClonOS does NOT provide graphical interfaces (GUI's) like gnome or KDE. It is designed to easily perform Operating System Backups and Restores. A few of the implemented features: mc - Midnight commander cfdisk - a curses based fdisk GUI NTFS - r/o access (native) r/w prepared more than 600 binaries in total ClonOS 1.0 Demo
