Simply use the thesaurus and let the computer find the best synonym for often repeated word in your documents. The Mail Merge Wizard guides you through organizing data and merging it into a document. Insert the contacts from Outlook Express Address book or use 602Tab to create and manage the data for your merge. Merge documents directly from 602Tab, XLS (Excel), DBF or CSV file. Access directly though ODBC to the database is supported. Use the RTF format when you want to send a document to someone who does not have Microsoft Office or PC SUITE. The RTF format also provides better security against macro viruses since it does not support the MS Word document macro feature. XML provides the bridge for web designers to enter the web of the future, while still being able to maintain compatibility with today's HTML browsers. It describes the content in terms of what data is being described. XML provides a flexible way to create common information formats and share both the format and the data on the World Wide Web. PC SUITE Plus provides support for 14 standard bar code formats. Insert a bar code in the document or print a label sheet with multiple bar codes on it. Use barcodes to organize inventory, company assets or put a unique bar code on each company document and make archiving easy. Too much on-screen reading? Now let your computer talk! PC SUITE Plus reads aloud any text in a 602Text document. It also reads any cell, formula, selection, comment and sheet name from 602Tab spreadsheet.
