View a real time running total of all assets assigned to a particular location. Check for duplicates before information is entered into the system.If a duplicate is detected InTrek gives you a powerful set of options for modifying and/or deleting the duplicate and/or original asset. Assign a contact to a location. This is extremely useful to tracking who is responsible for assets in multiple locations. Batch assign assets from one location to another location. Store, View and Edits notes associated with an asset. For example, service notes. Store, View and Delete documents associated with an asset. For example, scan and upload sales receipts, photos of the asset, service records, invoices, Emails, etc. Upload attachments using drag and drop. Apply version control to the asset documentation.
