Protocol Customer Account Managment
This program works by taking impertinent information that you need to save and giving you the ability to search by account number like a telephone number and save that information to a in a Word document for printing. This program can be modified by the owner to fit your needs. All of the text fields and labels for them can be changed to fit your needs. HOW TO RUN THE PROGRAM Connect up to the internet. First thing you need to do is pick your database name. Click on File >> Choose Database Name or click on the dollar sign. Put in a name and click on create database. To make a new customer record click on File >> new or click on the money bag. Input all the information and click on the apply button. For the account number text field it is VERY important that you DO NOT put anything in there except numbers WITHOUT spaces. To search a record click on File >> Search or click on the surfer on the toolbar. You can either input the account number in the account number text field and click enter on the keyboard or click on the refresh button and click on the down arrow and click on the account number. To update a customer record perform a search, input the changed information in the text fields and click on the update button. To print customer information to a Word document for printing and archiving perform a search, then once all the information is in the text fields and click the red X or click on File >> Save to File. The file is saved in the program directory c:\ProtoAccounts. To exit the program just click on the red !.
