Insert the contacts from Outlook Express Address book or use 602Tab to create and manage the data for your merge. Merge documents directly from 602Tab, XLS (Excel), DBF or CSV file. Access directly though ODBC to the database is supported. Use the RTF format when you want to send a document to someone who does not have Microsoft Office or PC SUITE. The RTF format also provides better security against macro viruses since it does not support the MS Word document macro feature.
