EZFIND32 is a useful and easy-to-use WINDOWS file/directory searching utility created to address the needs of PC (personal computer) users and administrators, and software developers. It offers a comprehensive set of features for searching files on all storage units (floppy disks, hard drives, CD ROMs, networked drives, etc.) that are installed/shared on the PC. The files are searched based on the criteria provided by the user via a GUI (Graphical User Interface). EZFIND32 works on WINDOWS 95/98/2000/XP/NT. EZFIND32 offers the below features: -Find file(s) based on a file pattern orr exact/partial file name recursively or non-recursively. -Excellent GUI and runtime help with fulll explanation and examples. - EZFIND32 also offers the below criteriia to further narrow down searches of a specific set of files or single file. *File date--the exact date, before/after a date, or a date range. *File time--the exact time, before/after a time, or a time range. *File size--the exact size, less than/less than or equal to a size, greater than/greater than or equal to a size, or a range of file sizes. *File attributes--Archive, Hidden, Normal, Read-Only, and System file attributes can be combined logically. *File contents--finding/matching a phrase or words or binary data in ANY file. -The ability to search recursively/non-rrecursively within one storage medium or across all installed storage media. -The ability to specify the action(s) too be done on the file(s) and directories found based on the search criteria and to generate batch file. -You can do file/directory manipulationss in any way with this tool. -Works with Latin 1 character sets--Engllish, French, and Spanish -Various runtime flags.
