This is like no other game you have ever played. Much of what you will read here might sound incredible, perhaps even impossible. There are still many times when we turn to each other after a successful probe and say, "These crazy things really work!" We do not purport to be professional psychics, scientists or parapsychologists. There has been no independent verification of a scientific nature of the Methodology and the cards. However, our lives and experiences over the years have provided a clinical study of sorts that has satisfied us that THE PSYCHIC EDGE has a reality of its own. To the extent that the term "science" means a body of systematized knowledge that can be studied, learned and tested, PE may be on the edge of a new field of study. And, as with any language, the use of PSISPEAK by different persons in various situations, should result in the development and growth of the vocabulary beyond PE BASIC presented in this work. We urge you to assist us in this endeavor by sharing with us your experiences with PE. A forum (for registered uses) will be available at our web site at www.psychicedge.com. The Psychic Studies Institute plans to conduct MIND-GAMESä which will consist of probes of particular Targets who for political, entertainment, economic or other reasons are then newsworthy. We know of no reason why PE should not work for others as it has and does for us. Should it take root and blossom, PE could be the basis for improved relations in a world where appearance and deception too often prevail over substance and truth.
