Arclab MailList Controller
MailList Controller is a stand alone POP3/(E)SMTP based application to create and manage multiple electronic newsletters, mailling lists, support mails, forums and ezines. The software allows list members to use natural commands (tags) to subscribe and remove automatically. Returned mail (bounces) can be removed from the list by the program. It supports MIME/HTML messages with images and file attachments, has an included task scheduler, autoresponder, single and double opt-in methods. MailList Controller has import capability, so you can easily upgrade to MailList Controller. Itr works with any mail server. All you need is access to a POP3/SMTP server. The internet connection can be a dialup connection (modem, ISDN or DSL) or a permanent internet connection. MailList Controller checks a "POP3" server to get messages and sends messages through your ISP's SMTP server. It always sends "packages" of mails (like BCC). You can adjust the number of recipients per email so it works with every server.
