As easy as writing a letter! Includes a built in mail delivery server for simple use, and a scheduler so you can send your mailing during low-bandwidth or idle hours. See exactly what your contacts see with message preview, and then click send for fast multi-threaded delivery! You can use your own mail delivery (SMTP) server or the built in server. Either way, your contacts get a personal message with content relevant to just them. Also included is a currency field type so you can send out balance statements or invoices via email. HTML capability allows you to send combined HTML and plain text messages to your recipients. Attachments are automatically encoded and can come from a field in your database so different contacts get different attachments. Message filtering allows you to send to just the customers you intend, no matter what the contents of your database. Mailer can conveniently connect to Access and Excel databases and has a built-in data manager for text-based databases. What's more, with ODBC support, Mailer can connect to any database that supports this common standard. Even over the internet or across your LAN. Also includes PopMonger, an email POP box filtering utility, for building an exclusion list of undeliverable messages and unsubscribe requests. Mach5 Mailer Gold also includes the capability for powerful scripting using VisualBasic, JavaScript, and PHP (Requires a separate free PHP installation). Note: Mailer is not licensed for sending unsolicited email, includes anti-spam provisions to trace inapproprate usage.
