The MailSpeaker is all in one e-mail voice notification program. Withou turn on any e-mal client, e.g Outlook, the MailSpeaker will display an alert and read the e-mail messages upon arrival of your new e-mails (supports multiple e-mail accounts), and display an alert upon reaching the storage limit of the mailboxes. The MailSpeaker reads the e-mails, the text files, the information on your clipboard; plays the WAV files; and saves the reading information ( e-mails, text file, clipboard ) to WAV files, so the users can listen to them later or burn them onto CD. The MailSpeaker performs anti-spam filter function, and also allows the user to customize anti-spam list. The MailSpeaker can make email checking simpler, easier, faster and a lot more fun. The main features: - Displays instant notification ( An alert window ) when new e-mails are detected. - Displays instant notification ( An alert window ) when mailbox reaches it's storage limit. - Reads e-mails (supports multiple e-mail accounts). - Reads text files. - Reads clipboard. - Saves to WAV. - Plays WAV file. - Automatically deletes known spam e-mails (e.g sender's e-mail address is empty). - Customizes anti-spam policy. - Creates approved senders list and blocked senders list.
