VersaForward
VersaForward forwards your important email to any email enabled device: cell phone, pager, or email account. When forwarding to text-constrained devices, VersaForward's Advanced Text Reduction gives you 20-30% more of your messages by inserting contractions, replacing common terms, and removing unnecessary characters. VersaForward is also an email bouncer, retaining the correct From, To, and CC email lists. This lets you quickly reply to messages forwarded with VersaForward. Each Forward To address can have its own scheduling and text reduction options (i.e. shortening a message to be sent to a cell phone, while retaining the entire email and attachment to be sent to your work email account). VersaForward filters messages according to you filter criteria, based on email address and/or message content. Filtering can be based on Include (white list) and Exclude (black list) criteria. VersaForward will import email address lists from popular email clients and organizers (Outlook, Netscape, Eudora, Palm, etc.) to use as email Include and Exclude filters. These filters reduce the likelihood of forwarding spam or viruses. VersaForward can also remove attachments when forwarding messages, another protection against viruses. IMAP, POP, AOL, SMTP authentication, SSL (secure) connections, and proxy connections are supported. Versions are available for Windows, Mac, and Linux.
