AdActa is a system for archiving and managing digital versions of your documents. Use the scanner or your harddisk to input paper or digital documents in AdActa, mark them with keywords and compress them. The original can then be stored in a safe. Because of real life oriented document management and the search function, you can find and access your document very quickly. The document can be exchanged though printing, sending over fax or over e-mail. You can also publish your document on the Internet through HTML export functionality. Backup, compression and burning the data on CD-Rom makes your data transportable.
