The first sheet provide an automatic calculation of how much home you can afford. Next, compare up to 3 sets of loan assumptions to help guide and educate you in any pending decision. Then track your actual payments on a separate sheet for each and every loan you're monitoring. Payments can be modified, increased - lowered - or skipped, and the remaining term is automatically recalculated and displayed. Individual sheets may be duplicated within the workbook for each and every loan you may have, existing or new. (The evaluation version does not have this flexibility. An additional file named Lpp_live.xls, where additional sheets can be duplicated is supplied upon purchase). It is desirable to carefully work through the 6 learning exercises outlined in the help file Lpp_help.hlp to gain a full appreciation of the use and value of this workbook. If in doubt about your environment, download the evaluation version first. Complete current version supplied upon purchase. This evaluation version is the same file supplied with the licensed version as a formula resource and training file. It is fully functional for up to a 2 year loan, and for all learning exercises outlined in the help file: Lpp_help.hlp.
