Actual banking and mortgage requirements apply so you will have to buy smart and apply real estate investing concepts as you play. You can buy single homes, duplexes, or even apartment buildings as you learn to build wealth using real estate. It allows you to buy them to use as rental property or flip them for a fast profit. The homes change in real time as you expand the home, repair roofs, raise foundations, and a number of other home improvements. Property values change; real estate markets rise and fall, and renters will come and go as they please making demands and trashing properties. Version 1.31 is Vista compatible.
