DeskNET Command Center
DeskNET provides an exclusive method for webmasters and companies to stay in contact with their customers and subscribers and keep them coming back, time and time again. By clicking on the DeskNET icon in the System Tray, the customer can access logo branded interfaces for each of the Services they are subscribed to and review any files received or visit recommended web pages. Files are received by DPS in the background, using periods of modem inactivity so as to minimize any slow down in other online activities. With DeskNET, webmasters and businesses can broadcast a range of files including RTF, Image, Acrobat, MP3 and Video. With regard to MP3 and video files, these are specially encoded by DeskNET Command Center to run only within DPS and ONLY as part of your Service. In addition, details of new or updated web content can be broadcast to subscribers, together with an invite to view. News alerts or other information can be broadcast using the Web Alert command. A DeskNET Service can be set-up in under two minutes. It requires no special server requirements and there is no scripting to get your head around. Every webmaster and online business recognizes the value in maintaining contact with visitors in order to drive return visits and develop a loyal customer base. DeskNET is the first dedicated tool to address this need.
