SmartGrabber
Use it to save multimedia files loaded with a web page - quickly and conveniently. Saving pictures, cascaded style sheets (CSS), scripts, Flash movies, QuickTime movies, RealPlayer movies and MediaPlayer movies. Automatic file renaming (appending a count number to the name) if a file with the chosen name already exists. SmartGrabber have Auxiliary Toolbar that allow saving the fetched files when the IE window does not have any menus or toolbars (e.g. a popup window).
