Backer is a simple three step data archiving program that maintains a record of the folder structure of the original files. The archive ('.all') file is compressed using BZ2 which gives good compression and reasonable speed. Backups can be scheduled daily or weekly to a target location, including network drives. Archive maintenance allows for file searching within archives; selected files can be restored to a new or original location.  Software Downloads > Backup Utilities > Backer
