This is a small utility that allows you to send messages (upto 128 characters) to other computers in NT domains or workgroups. It is a MS Windows application for the NET SEND command. Hail Me will only work on NT based versions of Windows (NT4.0, 2000 and XP). It is unlikely to work on Windows 95, 98 or Me. This is a limitation of Windows not this application.
