Finds open smtp relays on the internet. Scan your range of IP addresses to find open relays and take action to remove them before bulk emailers find them. If you are a network administrator or an ISP, you need to monitor your network to insure that this sort of activity it not taking place. Find open relays before bulk emailers do.
