SysSync
SysSync is a tool designed to simplify the process of file synchronisation. Synchronising files means more than just copying them, which is slow and time consuming. SysSync compares the contents of two locations, optionally including sub-folders, comparing the time stamps of the files and only copying, adding or deleting each file in the target location if required. Lists of exclusion files and folders can be created which will be ignored during the synchronisation process. Saved profiles allow quick and easy repeats of frequent synchronisations with a single click. When working on more than one Computer, such as a PC and Laptop, keeping data synchronised between the two systems can be one of the biggest problems. Backing up data across a network is another common task which, with large amounts of data, can become extremely slow and inefficient. SysSync makes such tasks trivial and fast. Includes an option to allow overwriting of read only files (assuming you have appropriate authority) SysSync is a designed to be the simplest Synchroniser possible with full instructions. Written by an enthusiast who, despite the low price, will still give support and respond to suggestions. Being free to download with 60 days free use and easy to uninstall there is nothing to lose and everything to gain by trying it out. (synchronize, synchronizer, synchronization)
