The Favorite Start Page
The Favorite Start Page is a single, dynamic HTML file which you can store on your hard disk. This HTML file can import and export your Internet Explorer bookmarks (Favorites). It loads quickly, is easy to navigate and makes a handly start page for your browser. It also lets you back up or transfer your bookmarks in a single file or share them on the internet. You can download or create CSS skins to control how the page looks. Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher is required to import or export bookmarks, but the HTML file can be viewed in most browsers.
